Since 2014, The B Complex, situated in southwest Atlanta’s Capitol View neighborhood, has been my creative workspace home. My roughly 1200 square foot studio is part of over 40,000 total square feet of industrial strength workspaces, all comprised of expansive brick, steel and concrete. Many of the studios are nestled within a soaring tree forest canopy of dense bamboo, which inspired the “B” in the complex name. My heavy studio doors open wide facing Atlanta’s north/south freight rail line whose noise along with plentiful fresh air gives me an unexpected sense of peace while I create my paintings. I am always happy to host interested art enthusiasts and collectors at my unique space when I am not traveling the country exhibiting my work at fine arts festivals.
